So, you have just started university and you have just been given your first taste of what Student Finance is like. If you are fortunate enough to have a loan that covers your accommodation as well as your food shopping money (or) have money set aside for your monthly food shopping allowance; you need to learn how to budget and FAST.

Recently, I read an article titled ‘Why Learning To Love Yourself Is Worth The Journey‘ which spoke about the truths behind self-love as well as the importance of it. Self-love is a difficult concept to grasp, growing up we have been taught by society that it is wrong to be confident and attention seeking when we fail to see our own individual beauty. This is where there is a fine line between confidence and conceitedness and most of us are too afraid of accidentally crossing.

On Saturday I moved back to Portsmouth, if you have already read my ‘Moving Back to University‘ post then you will be aware of this already, but for those of you who are not aware then there you go. I managed to unpack very quick, especially for someone who tends to procrastinate a lot of the time. I thought what could be more perfect than posting a room tour? Not only so I could share it with you guys; but as I mentioned in my moving in post, be able to reflect back on it in years to come. Plus, these are my favourite kind of posts or YouTube videos to read/watch – so that is a bonus.

By taking a few days out of blogging, it feels like forever since I last posted. However do bear with me, I have a reasonable excuse; I’ve been moving back to university. In order for me to get myself together and be in the mindset to blog, I really wanted to settle in and organise my room; in which I have done and now I’m ready to continue.
